What we collect

• Your name and email address, so we can give you an account and sign you in. Your audit is delivered inside your account, not by email.
• Your website address, your competitors and what you told us you want to focus on.
• Publicly available information from your own website, which we read the same way a search engine does.
• If you choose to connect them: read-only access to your own search and analytics data, and access to make the changes you have asked us to make.

What we do with it

We use it to audit your site, to show you your own results, and to do the work you ask us to do. We do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone else except the services we need to run this, and we do not use one client's data to advise another.

Access you give us

Any access you connect is read only unless you have specifically asked us to make changes to your website. We never post, publish or delete anything in your accounts on our own initiative. You can withdraw any access at any time, from your own account settings with that provider or by asking us. When you withdraw it, we stop collecting immediately.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer questions about work we did. Ask us to delete your account and we will, along with the data we hold for it.

Getting in touch

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, and we will do it. Send us a message from your account's Help page, or from that page without signing in.
